They are here to help you in any type of emergency 24/7. First Responders include includes members from the departments of Emergency Communication and Citizens Services (ECCS VB911), Emergency Medical Services, Police, and Fire.

Operates VB911 and VB311, which process calls for service​ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
