Virginia Beach Community Services Board Seeks Feedback on FY25 Performance Contract

The public is invited to comment on the Virginia Beach Community Services Board’s proposed FY2025 State Performance Contract, through which state funding is utilized for public mental health, developmental disabilities and substance use services.

As part of the process, the Virginia Beach Department of Human Services must hold a 30-day public comment period for residents to offer their input on the contract.

The board will request the plan be added to the City Council’s Sept. 3 agenda. A draft of the plan may be viewed at the following locations:
