The purpose of this Special Session is to allow City Council to convene into Closed Session at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled Formal Session.

The Special Formal Session meeting is open to the public.

Public comment is always welcome by the Council through their group e-mail account at citycouncil@vbgov.com.

Council meetings are cablecast live on VBTV Cox Cable channel 48, Verizon Cable channel 45, and on virginiabeach.gov. The meeting is rebroadcast on Cox channel 48 and Verizon channel 45 the following Thursday at 7 p.m.; Friday at 9 a.m.; and Sunday at 9 a.m.
