VBPD Seeking Public Assistance in Locating Witnesses in Abduction/Kidnapping Case

On August 9, 2023, the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) Special Investigations Bureau arrested and charged Richard Shusko (M/39) with one Felony count of Attempted Abduction with Intent to Defile, one Felony count of Solicitation to commit Abduction with Intent to Defile, and one Felony count of Solicitation to Commit Rape of a Minor.
