VBPD Investigating a Homicide on Frazier Lane
On January 1, 2026, at 12:31 a.m., the Emergency Communication and Citizens Services (ECCS) received a report of a person suffering from a gunshot wound in the 3700 block of Frazier Lane.
Upon arrival, Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) officers located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Jeremiah Cuffee (M/19) of Chesapeake was transported to an area hospital and later pronounced deceased.
This incident remains under investigation by the VBPD Detective Bureau. Anyone with information is asked to contact VBPD at (757) 385-4101 or anonymously through Crime Solvers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or P3Tips.com.Â
