VBPD Investigating a Homicide on Frazier Lane
On January 1, 2026, at 12:31 a.m., the Emergency Communication and Citizens Services (ECCS) received a report of a person suffering from a gunshot wound in the 3700 block of Frazier Lane.
Upon arrival, Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) officers located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Jeremiah Cuffee (M/19) of Chesapeake was transported to an area hospital and later pronounced deceased.
