Water Main Break Forces Closure of First Colonial at Virginia Beach Boulevard

​Virginia Beach Public Works has closed the right lane of southbound First Colonial at Virginia Beach Boulevard due to a water main break.

Repair crews are currently on site addressing the issue. Work is expected to be complete, and the lane opened to traffic at approximately 7 p.m. tonight. Motorists are asked to avoid this intersection if possible at this time.
