VBPD Seeking Public Assistance in Identifying Female

​VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – January 13, 2022, The VBPD is seeking public assistance in identifying a white female with two distinct tattoos and a butterfly necklace. One tattoo, featuring a rose and the quote, “I will carry you with me til I see you again . . . Kelly Renee,” in script/cursive writing, is located on the female’s right forearm. The second tattoo, located on the left arm is a floral design. The female also wore a blue butterfly necklace.
