VBPD Makes Bank Robbery Arrest

​VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – On December 17, 2022, at 9:06 A.M., a male entered the Wells Fargo Band located at 125 Independence Boulevard. The subject displayed a note demanding money before fleeing. Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) detectives were able to identify a suspect and sign charges on Daniel Andrell Wilbert Plummer (M/43) of Virginia Beach.On December 20, 2022, Plummer was apprehended by VBPD officers after he was involved in a hit-and-run.
