VBPD Arrests One in Homicide on Roebling Lane
On Sept. 1, 2024 at 3:50 p.m., officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) responded to the 3000 block of Roebling Ln. for a death investigation.
Officers arrived on scene and found Scott Seitz (M/66) of Virginia Beach deceased. After a preliminary investigation, officers arrested Seth Seitz (M/25) of Virginia Beach and charged him with Second Degree Murder.
