VBPD Investigating Homicide of 15-Year-Old Boy

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – On October 30, 2022, at approximately 9:09 PM, officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) responded to the report of an individual with a gunshot wound in the 1200 block of Carver Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located a 15-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound(s); the victim was transported to a local hospital. On November 2, 2022, the victim was removed from life support and pronounced deceased.
