Utility Project to Affect Regency Drive Starting April 4

​A sanitary sewer replacement project will result in the closure of a portion of Regency Drive starting Monday, April 4.

To safely facilitate this work, southbound Regency Drive will be closed between Wolfsnare Road and Westminster Lane. Advanced warning signs will be placed notifying motorists of the utility work and detour routes. Area residents will have access to their properties at all times. This closure is expected to be in place until Wednesday, April 13; weather permitting.
