Road Closure Scheduled for Hannibal Street Due to Stormwater Project

Due to the construction of the Bow Creek Stormwater Park, Virginia Beach Public Works will close Hannibal Street at Country Club Circle beginning Tuesday, Aug. 1. The street will be closed to through traffic to help safely facilitate the volume of material export for the project. The closure will be in place until approximately July 2030.
