Public Utilities Office to Close Early April 26

The Virginia Beach Public Utilities’ Office, located at 2809 S. Lynnhaven Road, will close at noon on Friday, April 26, due to facility repairs. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 29.

The Public Utilities Customer Contact Center will accept calls until 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Any customers still in the call queue at that time will be serviced.

For customers whose water service was previously disconnected for nonpayment, your service will still be restored the same day if full payment is made before 3 p.m. Payment options are listed at VirginiaBeach.gov/pu-payments.

For water and sewer emergencies while the office is closed, please call 311.
