Housing & Neighborhood Preservation’s Main Office Closed to Public March 23-27 for Building Maintenance
Housing & Neighborhood Preservation's main office, located at 2424 Courthouse Drive, Building 18A at the Municipal Center, will be closed to the public starting Thursday, March 23, through Monday, March 27, for building maintenance.
Staff will be working remotely or in the field. Residents can connect with the department in the following ways during the building closure:
- Main office: 757-385-5750 or HouseNP@vbgov.com
- Current Rental Housing clients should contact their housing specialist directly for assistance. The division can also be reached at 757-385-5750 or RentalHsgDivision@vbgov.com.
- To contact Code Enforcement or register a code complaint: 757-385-4421
- To contact Housing Development (home rehabilitation grant and loan programs): 757-385-5750 or HomeRehab@vbgov.com.
- To drop off documents: A brown drop box is located outside in front of Building 18A.
- As always, families and individuals experiencing homelessness or in danger of losing their home should visit the Housing Resource Center, 104 N. Witchduck Road, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, from 8 a.m. to noon for triage and assessment, or call the Regional Housing Crisis Hotline, 757-227-5932, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
