Fatal Crash Investigation

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – March 4, 2022, at approximately 1937 hours, officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) and members of the Special Operations Bureau responded to the report of a single vehicle crash in the 2000 block of London Bridge Road. The investigation revealed the Chevrolet Corvette had been traveling on London Bridge Road at an excessive speed and lost control, crashing into several trees in the median.

The driver and sole occupant was identified as Jacin Lisner, a 30-year-old male from Chesapeake, and was pronounced deceased at the scene. His next of kin has been notified.
