Emergency Water Main Repair Impacting Atlantic Avenue Today

​An emergency water main repair has resulted in the closure of the inside lane of northbound Atlantic Avenue and both lanes of southbound Atlantic Avenue between 71st and 74th streets. Area properties may experience temporary water service outages during construction. This repair is expected to be complete by 3 p.m. today, Dec. 7; weather permitting. Area residents will have access to their properties at all times.
