City Council Special Session to Hear Public Comment on Collective Bargaining

The Virginia Beach City Council will hold a special session on Tuesday, April 9, to hear public comment regarding collective bargaining. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in Council Chamber, 2401 Courthouse Drive, and allow for in-person and virtual audiences.

Residents wishing to make comments during the hearing must register with the City Clerk's Office by calling (757) 385-4303 prior to 5 p.m. on the day of the hearing. If participating virtually, please also register via WebEx.

This meeting will be livestreamed on VirginiaBeach.gov/media, facebook.com/cityofvabeach and VBTV (Cox channel 48 & Verizon channel 45).

City Council will have a briefing and discussion in closed session on April 16 and vote on the topic at a later meeting, date to be determined.
