Voter Registrar’s Office Reprinting and Remailing Mail-in Ballots

The Voter Registrar's Office was notified of a printing error on the mail-in ballots. Candidates for City Council in Districts 3 and 7, as well as School Board candidates in District 4, were printed in the wrong order on these ballots.

In-person early voting is not impacted.

The Voter Registrar’s Office is now reprinting mail-in ballots. Incorrect ballots have been mailed to approximately 7,400 homes. The Voter Registrar’s Office is in the process of working with the printing vendor to mail corrected ballots by Saturday, Sept. 21, ensuring the 45-day voting window. Affected voters will receive a letter from the Voter Registrar’s Office explaining the error.

Residents can anticipate receiving two ballots in the mail. Please disregard the first ballot mailing. Read some frequently asked questions and follow us on Facebook or X for all updates related to this matter.
