VBPD Special Investigation Bureau Makes an Arrest in Child Pornography Case

On October 25, 2023, the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) Special Operations and Special Investigation Bureaus executed a search warrant in the 3800 block of Creekwood Court, resulting in the arrest of Shannon Robbins (M/50) of Virginia Beach. Robbins is now facing ten Felony counts of Distribution and Solicitation of Child Pornography.
