VBPD Arrests Subject for Shooting into a Residence

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, March 20, 2023 – At 7:46 P.M., on March 9, 2023, Virginia Beach Emergency Communications and Citizens Services (ECCS) received multiple 911 calls for gunshots in the area of Dana Lane and Northgate Park.

Upon arrival, officers located a residence on the 3000 block of Dana Lane with multiple bullet holes. Officers were able to track and locate a suspect in a nearby park.

Andrew Bleck (M/19) of Virginia Beach has been arrested and charged with Two Counts of Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling, Discharging a Firearm in a Public Place and Reckless Handling of a Firearm.
