Councilmember Rocky Holcomb to Host District 1 Community Meeting

Residents are invited to join Councilmember Holcomb and School Board Member Jennifer Franklin on Thursday, March 30.

March 9, 2023 — Councilmember Rocky Holcomb and School Board Member Jennifer Franklin are co-hosting a community town hall meeting to update residents on current city projects and issues that impact District 1. City representatives from the Police, Fire, Public Works and Parks and Recreation departments will be in attendance to discuss topics such as traffic updates surrounding the Kemps River Shopping Center, public safety issues, flooding and more. Attendees will have an opportunity to have their questions addressed.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 30 in the auditorium at Kempsville High School located at 5194 Chief Trail.
