Housing Advisory Board meetings are generally held on the third Monday of the month, from 3–5 p.m. at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd. Anyone requesting to speak at a Housing Advisory Board meeting must contact Elizabeth Kondzella at (757) 385-5823 or HomeRehab@vbgov.com by no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting.
