Councilmember Wooten invites Virginia Beach residents to attend a Town Hall community meeting March 8, 2023 at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library Central Auditorium from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Featured guest speakers will be representatives from the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority.
The meeting will be held in the Central Auditorium.
