Due to changes to our local election system, Virginia Beach will have 10 election districts beginning with the November 2022 election. From here, you can learn more about each of the 10 districts with a District Profile, which contains information such as how many households and individuals residing in a given district, average income, median home value, education statistics, school locations, economic data, and how the land of a district is zoned.

The data in the profiles will evolve along with the districts. Depending on needs identified by our residents and City Council, additional data points may be added and updated as new information becomes available. These profiles are meant to give residents in a district a comprehensive view to better understand the subtleties of their community and how they fit into our community at large.
