VBPD Arrests One in Fatal Virginia Beach Blvd. Shooting

Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) officers responded to a report of shots fired at 9:52 p.m. on March 24, 2024, in the 3800 block of Virginia Beach Blvd. Upon arrival, they found Robin Tillery (F/65) deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.

On March 25, 2024, VBPD officers located and arrested Louis Bernard Lee Jr. (M/47) of Norfolk, VA. Mr. Lee is charged with Second Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm and Use of a Firearm by a Felon.
