VBPD Arrest Suspect in Aragona Boulevard Shooting Incident

On Dec. 30, 2023, at approximately 9:07 a.m., officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) were dispatched to a shooting at the 200 block of Aragona Blvd.

VBPD detectives have identified Sean J. Long (M/37) as the suspect and apprehended him on Feb. 13, 2024. Sean J. Long has been charged with Malicious Wounding, Use of Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Grand Larceny.
