UPDATE: T-Mobile Intermittent Connectivity Issues Reaching 911 Resolved
Customers should now be able to call and reach 911 dispatchers.
Update: T-Mobile intermittent phone issues reaching 911 have been resolved, according to the carrier's management team.
T-Mobile customers in the City of Virginia Beach are currently experiencing intermittent phone issues reaching 9-1-1. Residents who are T-Mobile customers who experience intermittent issues are asked to call the non-emergency number, (757) 385-5000, during this time.
Residents may still reach 3-1-1 via the online chat portal (accessible from the VirginiaBeach.gov homepage).
The provider has been contacted and an updated communication will be sent out once the issue is resolved.
Updates will also be posted on the City’s social channels: Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and Nextdoor.
