Due to Scheduling Conflict, Broadcast of Upcoming Planning Commission Meetings to Air on YouTube and Channel 47

This year’s City Council retreat on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024 and the Mayor’s State of the City address on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 will overlap with the regularly scheduled monthly meetings of the Virginia Beach Planning Commission.

As a result, the retreat and State of the City address will air on channel 48 (Cox) / 45 (Verizon), and livestreamed on VirginiaBeach.gov and the City’s official Facebook page – Facebook.com/CityofVaBeach. The regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meetings will instead be cablecast on channel 47 and streamed live on the City’s YouTube channel – YouTube.com/VirginiaBeachTV.

Following its conclusion, recordings of each of the four events will be available on the City’s YouTube channel within 24 hours.
