Residents are invited to attend an informational meeting to discuss proposed safety improvements at the intersection of Old Dam Neck Road and Upton Drive. The recommended traffic improvements would restrict left and through traffic on westbound Old Dam Neck Road and allow only westbound right turns onto Upton Drive. The meeting is from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Ocean Lakes Elementary School.
