Councilmember Hutcheson will host his first District 1 community meeting on Wednesday, May 1. Residents will have the opportunity to meet and connect with their district representative. Attendees will have an opportunity to have their questions addressed.​

The meeting will be held from 6-8 p.m. in the auditorium at Kempsville High School.
