The Virginia Beach Department of Human Services would like to invite your family to our Champions for Change event Saturday, September 28th. Located at the Virginia Beach Sports Center, down near the oceanfront. This indoor event runs from 10AM – 3PM and includes family friendly activities, free parking and free lunch!
