Councilmembers Henley and Wooten Hosting Meetings June 26 and 27

Councilmember Henley will host her monthly District 2 meeting. Representatives from the Hampton Roads Recovery Center will be present at Councilmember Wooten's meeting.

Councilmembers Barbara Henley and Sabrina Wooten invite the public to attend their community events next week.

Councilmember Wooten invites Virginia Beach residents to attend a neighborhood meeting from 6:30-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, at Brandon Middle School. Featured guest speakers will be representatives from the Hampton Roads Recovery Center. It will take place in the Library Media Center.

On Thursday, June 27, Councilmember Henley will host her monthly District 2 community meeting from 5:15-7 p.m. in Building 19 at the Municipal Center. Held the fourth Thursday of each month, the meetings are held to update residents on current City projects and issues. Residents will have an opportunity to meet and build relationships with other members of the district, engage and participate in the conversation and have their questions addressed.​

All meetings are free and open to the public.
