Councilmembers Michael Berlucchi, Barbara Henley and Cash Jackson-Green invite the public to attend their upcoming district community events.

Join Councilmember Berlucchi for a District 3 community summit, a facilitated conversation to bring together District 3 residents, civic groups and businesses to share perspectives and help guide priorities for the district and the City of Virginia Beach. The summit is 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, at the Bow Creek Recreation Center.

Seating is limited. RSVPs are encouraged but not required. RSVP to Parker Biswell, pbiswell@vbgov.com.

Councilmember Cash Jackson-Green will host a District 7 community meeting on Wednesday, April 22, where residents will learn about the maintenance programs for lakes and ditches (and how to identify whether they are public or private), public safety updates, as well as a hands-on tutorial on how to use the VB311 Service Request Portal to report issues. The meeting will be 6-8 p.m. in the auditorium at Salem High School.

Councilmember Henley will host her monthly District 2 community meeting from 5:15-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, in Building 19 at the Municipal Center to update residents on current City projects and issues. Residents will have an opportunity to meet and build relationships with other members of the district, engage and participate in the conversation and have their questions addressed.

All events are free and open to the public.
