The purpose of the Independent Citizen Review Board (ICRB) is to ensure that reports and conclusions of the Police Department’s Internal Affairs Office investigations involving abuse of authority or other serious misconduct are complete, accurate, and factually supported. Hearing dates and locations are reserved in advance, to ensure panel availability. However, all hearings are subject to resident requests and City policy.
