Celebrate Virginia Beach's Local Authors
Featured writers represent a wide range of genres, including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, history, children’s literature and more. Visitors can hear authors discuss their work and purchase signed copies.
Writers looking for community or inspiration can connect with other local authors and learn how VBPL supports them.
Attendees can also enjoy a book‑themed craft and a workshop on finding their next favorite author. It’s a chance to celebrate the region’s vibrant literary scene and the stories being created close to home.
