‘Arts All Over’ Neighborhood Performing Arts Event Series Returns in Spring 2025
Small-scale programs bring performing arts to Virginia Beach neighborhoods.

The second season of Virginia Beach Cultural Affairs’ Arts All Over community event series launches April 12 with the return of Sounds Like Home, a favorite live cabaret from the 2024 schedule, re-imagined for more venues.
In partnership with Roūge VA, Arts All Over is a small-scale program designed to bring performing arts of all genres to people in their neighborhoods. In addition to Sounds Like Home, a new three-part theater experience, The Road, presents electrifying music, movement and poetry.
The Virginia Beach Cultural Affairs Department designed the art series to support the City of Virginia Beach’s FY24-25 Focused Action Plan, including the City Council’s initiative to enhance the reach and distribution of arts throughout the city.
This exciting, free performing arts series is designed to bring the cultural arts to residents throughout the city to foster an inspiring and vibrant environment, where people feel safe and have access to amenities and services that support a high quality of life.
