Virginia Beach Restaurant Week 2026 Celebrates the City’s Culinary Tradition and Trajectory
Enjoy “Tastes & Traditions, A Culinary Celebration by Land and by Sea"
Virginia Beach Restaurant Week (VBRW) 2026 will highlight the diverse and vibrant culinary landscape of more than 50 participating restaurants throughout the city, Jan. 16-25, with a focus on heritage and tradition as the United States nears its 250th anniversary.
“Taste & Traditions, A Culinary Celebration by Land and by Sea” is the theme for this year’s VBRW. Chef-led experiences and exclusive tastings will recognize this historic milestone with Virginia’s traditional ingredients and flavors dating back to the 18th century, such as crab, oysters, ham, sweet potatoes and peanuts.
A highly anticipated staple for residents and visitors, the acclaimed restaurant showcase has been sponsored by the Virginia Beach Restaurant Association (VBRA) for more than two decades.
Featured restaurants will include longtime favorites, neighborhood gems and new eateries with an array of food options on prix fixe breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus. In addition to innovative approaches on time-honored dishes, the event will reflect on how food has shaped the culture, community and the economy in Virginia.
A Dine and Stay program also will be available during Restaurant Week for residents and visitors. Numerous hotel partners will provide discounted hotel rates to VBRW attendees for an enhanced experience in Virginia Beach.
