Virginia Beach Human Services and Community Services Board Seek Feedback on Performance Contract

The Virginia Beach Department of Human Services and Virginia Beach Community Services Board invite Virginia Beach residents to comment on the draft FY 2026-27 State Performance Contract, which provides state funding for public mental health, developmental disabilities and substance use services. As part of the process, a 30-day public comment period is held for Virginia Beach residents to offer their input on the contract. 

Residents may view a draft of the performance contract online or access hard copies during normal operating hours at four City of Virginia Beach locations:
