VBPD Makes Arrest on Seahawk Circle
On February 20, 2026, the Virginia Beach Police Department’s First Precinct Crime Suppression Squad (CSS), with the assistance of additional Crime Suppression Squads, executed a search warrant in the 700 block of Seahawk Circle, a location suspected of operating as an illegal marijuana distribution business.
During the execution of the search warrant, Timothy Bruce Reagan Jr. (M/39) of Virginia Beach was taken into custody. CSS Detectives recovered approximately eleven pounds of marijuana, five ounces of psilocybin mushrooms, THC gummy products, and a large quantity of THC wax; a firearm was also recovered.
As a result of the investigation, Reagan was charged with the following:
· Possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I/II controlled substance
· Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
· Possession of a firearm while in possession of controlled substances
