VBPD Investigating Fatal Crash on Virginia Beach Boulevard

On March 2, 2025 at 3:30 a.m., officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) responded to the 4900 block of Virginia Beach Blvd. for a crash. 

The driver of the vehicle, Theodore Ford Jr. (M/36) of Norfolk, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
