VBPD Investigating Fatal Crash on Holland Road

On April 23, 2025, at approximately 8:25 p.m., officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) responded to the 4200 block of Holland Rd. for a crash involving a pedestrian. 

Officers arrived on scene and located one victim, Dena Harris (F/45) of Virginia Beach. Harris was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The driver of the involved vehicle stayed on scene and cooperated with investigators. No charges have been filed at this time.
