VBPD Investigating Fatal Crash on First Court Road

On December 29, 2025, at 4:13 a.m., Emergency Communications and Citizen Services (ECCS) received a report of a single-vehicle crash in the 4200 block of First Court Road.

VBPD officers and first responders arrived on scene and located the driver, W.T. V (M/17) of Virginia Beach. W.T. V was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passengers were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Preliminary Investigation determined W.T. V’s vehicle was traveling south on First Court Road at a high rate of speed, which contributed the vehicle to leave the roadway striking a tree.
