VBPD Executes Search Warrants, Arrests Ten on Williamsburg Road

On February 14, 2026, officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department’s Third Precinct executed a coordinated operation that led to ten arrests and the recovery of multiple firearms, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia from a nuisance residence in the 500 block of Williamsburg Road.

The residence had long been a source of community concern, generating 46 calls for service since July 2022. Despite multiple condemnations, most recently on December 5, 2025, it continued to be unlawfully occupied. After observing repeated unauthorized activity during surveillance on February 13, officers obtained a search warrant.

At approximately 8:10 a.m. on February 14, units from the midnight shift, the Community Service Squad, and day shift served the search warrant, safely detaining ten individuals. Several had outstanding warrants, and others were found in possession of illegal narcotics.

In addition, officers seized two rifles, a short-barreled rifle, a stolen sawed-off shotgun, ammunition, additional narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and a large quantity of marijuana. A vehicle believed to be used in transporting illegal substances was also seized.

The following individuals were arrested and charged as follows:

· Jason Rawlins (M/50) of Virginia Beach – Possession Schedule I/II, Firearm by Felon (2 Counts), Possession of Narcotics w/ Firearm, PWID Marijuana, Trespassing, Maintain a Common Nuisance, and 8 outstanding magistrate summonses

· Deshaun Morrow (M/26/ of Virginia Beach – Possession Schedule I/II (2 Counts), Trespassing

· Frank Dominguez (M/41) of Virginia Beach – Trespassing

· Janette Miller (F/54) of Norfolk – Trespassing

· Felica Savage (F/36) of Portsmouth – Trespassing, Capias out of    Chesapeake

· Alex Zavala Lopez (M/35) of Norfolk – Trespassing

· Travis Short (M/30) of Virginia Beach – Trespassing

· Jillian Autry (F/25) of Norfolk – Possession Schedule I/II, Trespassing

· Juliette Miller (F/27) of Norfolk – Trespassing

· Cyera Rawlins (F/35) of Virginia Beach – Trespassing
