VBPD Charges Three in Connection with Armed Robberies
Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) Violent Crimes Unit detectives have identified and charged three individuals in connection with two separate armed robberies.
On July 5, 2025, at approximately 10:36 p.m., three individuals reported being robbed at gunpoint in the area of 25th St. and Atlantic Ave.
Separately, on July 5, 2025, at approximately 11:28 p.m., officers were flagged down in the 2100 block of Pacific Ave. regarding another armed robbery.
As a result of the investigation, the following individuals have been charged and are currently in custody out of state and are awaiting extradition to Virginia Beach:
- Jeremiah Dodson (M/18) of Richmond, Virginia
- Jsean Eberhardt (M/18) of Richmond, Virginia
- Rahgei Hopkins (M/18) of Richmond, Virginia
Each has been charged with multiple counts of Armed Robbery, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
(Note: The charges mentioned in this press release are accusations, and the arrested individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.)
