Shore Drive to Undergo Paving

Roadway paving on Shore Drive may disrupt evening and overnight travel. Shore Drive between Vista Circle and N. Great Neck Road will undergo roadway improvements beginning 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8.  

Milling and paving operations are likely to produce traffic delays, congestion and some construction noise. Advanced warning signs will be clearly posted advising motorists of lane closures. Drivers are urged to use alternate routes when possible. All work on this project will be done 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., weather permitting.
