Roadway Improvements for Providence Road Begin Nov. 3
Providence Road from Princess Anne Road to Kempsville Road will undergo roadway improvements beginning 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3.
Milling and paving operations are likely to produce traffic delays, congestion and some construction noise. Advanced warning signs will be clearly posted advising motorists of lane closures. Drivers are urged to use alternate routes when possible. All work on this project will be done 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., weather permitting. The project is expected to be completed by Dec. 7.
