Birdneck Road Weekend Closures Begin April 25

Southbound Birdneck Road in the area of Jackson Street will be closed to traffic from 7 p.m. on Friday, April 25, to 9 p.m. on Monday, April 28. Northbound lanes in the same area will be closed to traffic from 7 p.m. on Friday, May 2, to 9 a.m. on Monday, May 5.

Advanced warning signs are posted advising motorists of lane closures and detours are in place. Stormwater pipes are being replaced as part of the Flood Protection Program’s Linkhorn Bay Drainage Basin project.
