The Virginia Beach Police Department's Mounted Patrol's Annual Trunk or Treat Event is coming - Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, at the Mounted Patrol Barn.
Come see the horses and the barn all transformed for Halloween. Visit with our first responder partners. Collect all the candy you can carry & show off your Halloween costume!
