• ​WHO – The focus for Reentry OUT is Returning Citizens their families and friends, but we are open to all looking to connect with community resources.
• WHAT – Reentry OUT will provide Solutions to Barriers presented to Citizens returning home from jails, prisons, and state hospitals.
  
• WHY – If you are a Returning Citizen or family member of someone that will be returning to the community soon looking for Employment, Employment Readiness, Housing, Education/ funding for skills training, Support with overcoming challenges of returning citizens.
• WHEN – The Last Thursday of each month on the Zoom format
