The Public Library Board meets September through May on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. at our Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Virginia Beach, VA. The Public Library Board takes a summer recess in June, July, and August each year.
